Once you’ve downloaded Sync-In, you’ll have full access to all features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, you’ll be prompted to select a subscription plan.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your data will be securely archived on our servers. You won’t be able to access it unless you reactivate your subscription.
Yes. All data is stored securely on our servers, and we operate in full compliance with the POPI Act.
No. Sync-In operates on a per-team basis, so only one parent needs a subscription. Once subscribed, the other parent can be invited to join at no additional cost.
Once your trial ends, you’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan. Payments are processed via PayFast. After your subscription is confirmed, you’ll regain full access to all features.
